All sales are final due to the custom and digital nature of our items.

We do not accept:

• Returns or exchanges

• Cancellations once your order has started production

• Returns on used/worn apparel or downloaded files

If there's an issue with your order, message us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.

SHIPPING  

Processing time:

• Custom items: 3–14 business days depending on the item and volume.

• Instant digital downloads: Available immediately after purchase

• Custom digital designs: Delivered within 1–3 business days

Shipping method:

• All orders are shipped via USPS,UPS, or  with tracking

• Delivery within 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

• We are not responsible for postal delays or incorrect address entry
